warfare

Warfare is the planning, process, strategies, methods and actions of war. Whereas, a War may be viewed a story having an opening middle and an end, warfare is the way in which that story is structured, its scenes and execution.

Warfare can be broadly categorised into three groups: tactic centric warfare (constrained by approach eg guerilla), theatre centric warfare (constrained by environment eg mountains) and weapon centric (constrained by weapon technology).
