Military procedure is brought on request of an authorised prosecutor.
|
|
| |
The authorised prosecutor is the military prosecutor for offences prosecuted ex officio or on the request of a damaged person and the private prosecutor is the authorised prosecutor for offences prosecuted on private charges.
|
|
| |
The public prosecutor is obliged to initiate a military investigation if there are evidence that a offence is committed which is initiated.
